What inspired you to enter the digital space?

What does a typical workday look like for you?
My day involves developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience for both Pick n Pay Online and Pick n Pay Home. I collaborate with teams across digital marketing, tech, operations, and creative departments to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with business goals. This includes managing media budgets, overseeing social media and email marketing efforts, and optimizing content based on performance analytics. Additionally, I work on initiatives to increase both first-time and active customers on our websites, optimize paid media efforts, and position Pick n Pay Home and Pick n Pay Online as go-to destinations for home and grocery shopping.
